/ Pricing

Two ways to do this. Both of them are honest.

Two options, side by side, with the real numbers on them. Every build gets quoted after one call, because the scope is what moves the price.

Option One

Website only

We build it, you own it. One payment, no monthly.

One-time build

$999+

Quoted in writing after one call. The number doesn't move after that unless you add something.

What moves the number:

  • How many pages you need
  • Whether you have copy and photos, or we make them
  • Booking, quote forms, or payments wired in
  • Moving an existing site over
  • Anything custom — service maps, calculators, job galleries
  • Custom build for your trade, not a template
  • Written the way your customers search
  • Fast on a phone
  • Click-to-call and a quote form on every page
  • On-page SEO so Google can read it
  • Files and accounts are yours
  • One payment — nothing monthly, ever
  • Hosting, updates and SEO are yours to handle after launch
  • Files and logins handed over the day it goes live

Option Two

Build + growth plan

The site, plus everything that keeps it earning after launch.

Monthly

$249/month

Build fee $999 $0 — waived on the next 5 sites.

Limited time — 5 spots

You see your site finished before you pay anything, then start the monthly plan only if you want to keep it.

When the spots are gone the fee comes back. If you're already on a plan, your price never changes.

  • Everything in the build
  • Hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring
  • 2 hours of edits a month — prices, services, photos, hours
  • Ongoing local SEO
  • Google Business Profile managed weekly
  • Review requests after every job, every review answered
  • Monthly report: calls, clicks, rankings
  • You text me directly. No ticket queue
  • No contract — month to month, cancel whenever
  • No setup fee on top of the build
  • Extra edit work quoted up front — never billed by surprise
  • No charge to move your site somewhere else if you leave

/ The Math

It should pay for itself out of work you weren't getting.

The plan

$249/mo

Per day

$8.30

What covers it

One extra job

This doesn't come out of the jobs you already have. It's priced so that one call you wouldn't otherwise have gotten — one that was going to land on a competitor instead — covers the month. Everything after that is work you didn't have before.

We won't promise you a number of calls — nobody honest can. The phone ringing is the only thing we optimize for.

/ Versus An Agency

What a retainer usually buys, and what ours does.

Bigger shops carry sales staff, account managers, office space, and a reporting layer built to look impressive. That cost lands in your invoice. We cut the overhead, not the work.

/ Versus Buying Leads

Renting customers, or owning the place they find you.

Lead platforms work right up until you stop paying. The money builds their asset instead of yours, and the same lead usually goes to your competitors too.

/ Straight Answers

The questions everybody asks.

Why isn't there one flat price for the website?
A five-page site and a twenty-page site aren't the same job. You get a fixed quote in writing after one call, and it doesn't move unless you add something.
What happens after the free build spots are gone?
The build goes back to being billed up front, starting at $999. The monthly plan stays $249. If you're already on a plan, your price doesn't change.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel any time and the site, domain, Google profile, reviews, and content stay yours.
What if I just want the website and nothing else?
Take the website-only option. You pay once and own it, and hosting, updates, and SEO are on you after launch.
What counts against the included edit hours?
Hands-on changes to your site — new photos, new services, price updates, seasonal hours, a new page. 2 hours a month is included and most months don't come close. Hosting, SEO, your Google profile, and reviews aren't edit work and never count against it. If something's going to run past the 2 hours, you'll get a quote before I start, not an invoice after.
How is $249 a month enough to cover all that?
No office, no sales team, no account manager between you and the person doing the work. One owner and good software.
