These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HookSmith Digital's website and services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Services
HookSmith Digital provides website design and development, website maintenance, SEO, backlink building, review funnel setup, automated review responses, and website hosting for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or agreement between HookSmith Digital and the client.
Payment
Fees are due as outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Late or missed payments may result in paused work or suspended hosting/services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or materials (text, images, logos) needed to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may delay project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design created for them, excluding any third-party assets, stock content, tools, or code libraries which remain subject to their own licenses. HookSmith Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hosting & Maintenance
For clients on hosting or maintenance plans, services continue on a subscription basis until canceled. Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
HookSmith Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Amounts owed for work completed prior to termination remain due.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
